JA Employment is seeking multiple Poultry Processing Workers for U.S. Companies


Duties:
Cutting, trimming and packing poultry:
-
Use knives or other equipments to perform meat cutting and trimming.
-
Clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing.
-
Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing.
-
Remove parts, such as skin, feathers, from carcass.

Position Requirements:

No prior training, education or experience required.
-
Drug Test Required.

Wages and Benefits
-
Wages: over $15/hour (varies based on the State of the work location).

Benefits: Holidays, Vacation; Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.

Multiple Shifts Available.

Job Sites:

Multiple plants over the country.

Client may have the options to choose between the opening locations.

EW-3
EW-3 Visa is designed to help U.S. employers bring certain unskilled laborers to the United States. Some U.S. employers struggle to find unskilled U.S. workers willing to perform a specific job. If an employer cannot find U.S. employees willing to perform an unskilled job at a competitive wage, then the employer may rely on the EW-3 program.

USDOL
The DOL labor certification verifies the following:
-
There are insufficient available, qualified and willing U.S. Workers to fill in the position. offered at the prevailing wage.
-
Hiring a foreign worker will not adversely affect the wages.

USCIS
The I-140 Petition serves two purposes:
-
Verifies that the job application on the PERM application are met by workers.
-
Verifies that the employer is able to pay the offered wages to the worker.

National Visa Center
After Approval of I-140, the worker will begin Visa processing (Interview preparation).
This involves:
-
Submitting various documents to the NVC including an application and civil documents.

US Embassy
The Final Stage of the Immigration Visa will be processed at the Embassy. If the application is approved, the worker will receive an Immigration Visa. The worker will then have 6 months to move to the United States.
